Bar Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced bar staff to join the team at our pub and restaurant by the river in Barnes.

The Waterman’s Arms opened in September 2023 and has been well received by the local community and is also attracting customers from all over London. Our food menu is thoughtfully curated using the best seasonal produce and we have a drinks offer to match.
 
We are looking for a candidate with good bar experience and genuine love of hospitality. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the bar operation and be involved creatively to keep our wine and cocktail lists fresh and interesting. And to be involved with any training required for the rest of the team.

The role will involve working shifts on the bar delivering consistently high quality drinks, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and customer service. Overall we’re looking for people who can work hard, enjoy the experience and make sure everyone has a wonderful time!

There will be lots of regular training on wine, cocktails and the food menu.
